Describe what you’ve noticed
Send photos taken safely from an accessible position, identify the affected areas and tell us when the problem occurs. Mention any previous repairs and whether the damage follows a storm.
Assess before repairing
A site assessment helps establish the appropriate repair scope. Material condition, access and the underlying cause can affect the work and cost. We can discuss a contractor report if your insurer requires one.
