Your project enquiries

The quote form prepares a message using the name, suburb, service and project details you enter. It opens WhatsApp or your email app, where you choose whether to send the message. The form does not save your entries to a website database or browser storage.

Once you send an enquiry, Big Boss Projects receives the information through WhatsApp or email to respond, discuss a quote and, where agreed, arrange project work. Your chosen communication provider processes information under its own privacy terms. Avoid sending identity numbers, financial information or other sensitive details unless needed and specifically requested.

Cookies and tracking

The website’s own code does not set cookies or use browser storage. It does not include Google Analytics, advertising pixels or embedded social feeds. Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp links take you to external services when you select them; those services have their own cookie and privacy practices.

The hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and secure the website. A check of the live website confirmed a Cloudflare __cf_bm cookie used for bot protection. Cloudflare documents that this cookie expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. It is a security cookie, not a Big Boss Projects advertising or analytics cookie. No optional tracking tools are currently configured by Big Boss Projects.

Your choices and requests

You can contact Chris to ask about personal information held in connection with your enquiry, or request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for contractual, accounting or legal purposes. You can also contact South Africa’s Information Regulator through inforegulator.org.za.

Changes

This notice should be reviewed if the website adds analytics, advertising, embedded content or new enquiry tools. Where optional tracking requires consent, it should be controlled before those tools are activated.
